We dog lovers devote a lot of time to our dogs. And we do it with pleasure.

Many of us train our dogs every week, while others take their dogs hunting or out into the forest. We live with our dogs and we want what’s best for them. That’s why we’re careful to train and feed them properly, look after their paws, brush them carefully and take them regularly to the vet. But a dog’s muscles, so important for a happy and active life, also need to be treated with care. They need warmth after exercise so that they don’t run the risk of injury.

When we at Trego started to ponder on and sketch down ideas for the ultimate coat for active dogs, we focused on what was best for the dog. The most important consideration was getting warmth to the most important muscle groups. But we also decided that the design should be both sporty and elegant. Finally, we had a further, non-negotiable requirement: the coat should be comfortable for the dog to wear. This meant that it should be lightweight, pleasantly warm, and adapted to the dog’s body shape.

That’s why we chose a material with several functions. A climate control fabric in 4-way stretch that is among the best available for the outdoor market. Through trial and error, and with a great deal of tenacity, we came up with a design that provided dog owners with flexibility and dogs with a high level of comfort.

We are proud of the OBTRACK™ Skrylle Dog Coat. It has more than lived up to our high expectations. The Dog Coat has already attracted a lot of attention and paved the way for a new era of equipment for active dogs.
